Booking a Sample Collection
To book a collection, please email us with the following information with ideally 2 working days notice:
- Site name and reference
- Collection address
- Any collection restrictions
- Number of cool boxes or other parcels
- Consignment weight
- General sample description
- Outline scope of testing or full testing instructions if available
How to Send us Your Samples
We understand your samples can represent a significant value so please read the sample handling guidance on how to send them to us. While we treat your samples with care, we are not liable for damage to poorly packaged samples.
Please use appropriate chain of custody documentation and ideally To book a delivery, please email us with the following information and ideally 2 days notice:
- Number and type of sample containers
- Number of cool boxes
- Any special packaging materials
Please note we reserve the right to charge for large consignments of containers if the scope of testing scheduled is received, or if cool boxes are lost. All sample logistics is subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions.
